Love. It. Yup, I do like this game. I don't know why it has taken me so long to get this one, but I am glad I have finally got round to buying it.

It plays very much like Diablo and Torchlight. It is set in Greece (to begin with) and is themed around the era of Titans, Gods and the like. The setting is spot on, the graphics are surprisingly good and the game itself is a pleasure to play.

You have a multitude of options to go with on your character. You get 9 "masteries" to choose from, however, at level 8 you get to add an additional mastery if you want, further customising your character. This means a total of 81 class combinations, not to mention all the hundreds of skills to choose from, or attributes to assign.

It also comes with multiplayer and a level editor, breathing yet more life into what looks like a large game.

So, what's not to like? Erm, I really am struggling on this one. No random levels? That's all I can come up with.

This game is a solid action-RPG that I would recommend to anyone interested in the genre.

Jimbo Rating: 4/5

If you liked Diablo and Torchlight then it is worth a go, as it's very similar to those. I had been meaning to get back into Torchlight 2 recently, but I doubt I will until I have had my feel of this now, as I am enjoying it quite a lot.

Shiny! I hope you like it. It would be nice to get some multiplayerage in too, as I haven't tried that yet.

FYI: In terms of "match-making", I currently have the following 3 characters:

Haruspex (Hunter + Dream) - Level 33
Oracle (Storm + Spirit) - Level 14
Conqueror (Warrior + Defense) - Level 13

Got excited for a second there as I thought you were talking about Titanfall. I should learn to read properly.

At the risk of de-railing this subject - what is Titanfall (maybe create a new topic if necessary)?

It does look good but its just Call of Duty with a twist

Plus it is being launched on PC and Xbox so it will be scaled down for the console jockeys there is just no need :-(

Basically 1st person shooter with parkour built in. You play as infantry but after either a set time or when you reach a number of kills you get access to you titan which is basically a bad ass mech (got some of the features that the one on district 9 had).

O yes and when you call the titan it falls from an orbital ship, hence the name. Check out a gameplay video, it does look slick.

It does look very pretty, but I cannot seem to ascertain what it plays like. It looks very "Unreal Tournament". If, like Meg says, it's just a Call of Duty clone with robots then it will probably not be my cup of tea. If it's more Unreal Tournament than CoD, then I may be interested in it.

If you are getting it Greg, I would be interested to know your thoughts on it.

I was thinking it was more unreal like, which is a plus in my book.

I am with you though, if its turns out COD style ‘you can count me out’ to coin a phrase.
